JTHS BAA MEETING MINUTES FOR JUNE 10, 2009

This is the DRAFT version of our meeting minutes.

will take place at the next regular meeting.

Attendance:  Jan, Brad, Megan, Gene, Art, and Mary Beth
 
The minutes from the April 7, 2009 meeting were read and accepted by Art and 2nd by Jan as written.

The treasurers report was reviewed and expenditure for insurance at the rate of $233.00 per year was accepted. New membership dues were $100.00 with last mailing. Mary Beth accepted report and 2nd by Art.

A short meeting was held to discuss the picnic on Saturday, June 20th. Board members will arrive early to set up the area. Currently there are JTW band members expected to attend as well as Alumni.

Future events discussed were JTW Band is to play on Tuesday, June 16th at the Jackhammers game. They will perform the "National Anthem" and sing the 7th inning stretch "Take Me Out to the Ballgame". All Band Alumni are invited to attend.

The next session will be a working session on Thurs. July 16th at 7pm at JTW Library.
